At Jya Enterprises, we aim to provide you with the best shipping experience. We partner with Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics aggregator, to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time via top-tier courier partners (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express).

1. Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within [1-2] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Dispatch: Once processed, the order is handed over to our courier partner.

• Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Metros: Usually delivered within 3-5 days.

• Rest of India: Usually delivered within 5-7 days.

• North East & J&K: May take 7-10+ days depending on weather and connectivity.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Tracking ID: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your Shiprocket Tracking ID (AWB Number) and a link to track your package.

• Activation: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Serviceable Pin Codes

We ship to over 29,000+ pin codes across India. In the rare event that your pin code is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will contact you to request an alternate address or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Damages & Issues

Jya Enterprises is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied.

• What to do: If you received your order damaged, please record an unboxing video clearly showing the label and the damage.

• Contact Us: Email us the video/photos at enterprisejya@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with Shiprocket to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery for orders.

• We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via a verification call prior to dispatch.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Jya Enterprises ships primarily within India.
