CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

• Refund for Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Post-Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of our products (Personal Care / Beauty / Wellness), we generally do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

However, we offer replacements or refunds under the following specific conditions:

• Damaged/Defective Product: If the product received is broken, leaking, or damaged during transit.

• Wrong Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

• Expired Product: In the rare event that an expired product is delivered.

3. How to Request a Refund/Return To raise a request, please follow these steps within 48 hours of receiving the delivery:

1. Take clear photos or a video of the damaged/wrong product and the shipping label.

3. Our team will review the request within 24 hours.

4. Refund Timeline & Mode If your refund request is approved:

• Mode of Refund: The amount will be refunded to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Wallet) used during the transaction.

• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the amount in your account.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Jya Enterprises will bear the reverse pickup cost. If a return is accepted for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
